Please note that Alborzrooz products must be within the warranty period. activate the warranty, kindly follow the instructions provided in the warranty booklet.

• Installation of faucets should be carried out by experienced professionals.
• When receiving the product, inspect it carefully. Any missing parts after purchase are not covered by the warranty.
• If possible, use high-quality filters at the water meter location.
• Before installing the products, ensure that the building’s piping is free from any foreign materials or particles such as sand, debris, fibers, etc. (Before installation, remove the faucet aerator, let some water flow out, then replace the aerator.)
• To prevent damage to the faucet cartridge, always use filtered stop valves (angle valves).
• Alborzrooz faucets are manufactured with the highest quality plating materials and in accordance with the Iranian National Standards
• If the water flow decreases, remove the aerator and clean its mesh with a vinegar and water solution. The same method can be used to remove deposits from the faucet body.
