  • Installation of faucets should be carried out by experienced professionals.
  • When receiving the product, inspect it carefully. Any missing parts after purchase are not covered by the warranty.
  • If possible, use high-quality filters at the water meter location.
  • Before installing the products, ensure that the building’s piping is free from any foreign materials or particles such as sand, debris, fibers, etc. (Before installation, remove the faucet aerator, let some water flow out, then replace the aerator.)
  • To prevent damage to the faucet cartridge, always use filtered stop valves (angle valves).
  • Alborzrooz faucets are manufactured with the highest quality plating materials and in accordance with the Iranian National Standards
  • If the water flow decreases, remove the aerator and clean its mesh with a vinegar and water solution. The same method can be used to remove deposits from the faucet body.

  • What is the warranty period for Alborzrooz products?
    All Alborzrooz faucets come with a 5-year warranty and after-sales service.
  • What causes the kitchen faucet to leak after installation at the connection point between the pull-out hose and the brass pipe?
    At the bottom of the faucet, where the pull-out hose connects to the brass pipe, a special washer—included in the faucet packaging—must be used. Place the washer inside the brass pipe first, then connect the pull-out hose to it.
  • Why is my kitchen faucet leaking from the base?
    The first possibility is that the cartridge assembly is damaged or worn out, allowing water to pass through the faucet. In this case, water often leaks from the handles. The hose may also be damaged, which can cause water to leak from the base of the faucet.
  • Should Teflon tape be used for sealing when installing faucets and hose connections?
    Teflon tape is not required. All Alborzrooz faucet connections are sealed using the rubber washers and O-rings included in the product box.
  • What causes the water to keep flowing even after the faucet is closed?
    If water drips temporarily and then stops, the aerator filter likely needs descaling.
  • How can the aerator be descaled? Can we do it ourselves?
    You can clean the aerator using a brush and vinegar. For more stubborn buildup, you may need to remove the aerator and soak the parts in white vinegar for at least five minutes. Then scrub the parts well with a toothbrush. If the screen is not fully cleaned the first time, repeat the process or soak the pieces for a longer period.
  • Is it possible to descale and unclog showerheads and hand showers?
    You can soak the showerhead or hand shower in a 50% water and 50% vinegar solution. After 10 minutes, rinse thoroughly and use a toothbrush to scrub the outlet holes to help remove loosened deposits.
  • What is the best method for cleaning faucet surfaces?
    Mix 2 tablespoons of vinegar with 2 tablespoons of water. Apply the solution to all parts of the faucet using a clean cloth. Place the vinegar-soaked cloth on the faucet and leave it for one hour. Afterward, you can clean the surface with a dry sponge or cloth.
  • What causes flush tanks to malfunction?
    One of the main causes of malfunction in flush tanks is the presence of sand, debris, or sediment in the float valve or discharge pump, which requires maintenance.
